Conference Rooms

We cordially invite you to hold your conferences, symposia, seminars, training courses, business meetings and integration events at SPA MORENA. We compile every offer individually, on the basis of our clients’ expectations and suggestions and in line with their financial requirements. We provide accommodation, full board and, at the client’s request, we arrange leisure activities and cultural and artistic attractions. We offer our guests two fully-equipped conference rooms.

 

MORENA I

A light and spacious hall leads to the MORENA 1 conference room, which seats 100 and has an atmosphere that encourages concentration and focus, providing participants with the opportunity to listen and speak in comfort.

Hire charge: PLN 700.00 per day

MORENA II

Somewhat different in character, the MORENA 2 conference room is designed to seat around 200. The light streams in through tall windows, encouraging lively discussions, polemics and exchanges of ideas.

Hire charge: PLN 1,200.00 per day

Conference Packages

If the organiser so requires, we can provide full pre-event services for all your guests on arrival, receiving and registering the participants, handing out materials and serving as an information point. For conferences with an international note, we can act as an intermediary, arranging interpreting services, together with the necessary technical support.

We can help you to ensure that your participants all arrive safe and sound by providing transport: • an 8-seater minibus • 45- and 55-seater buses

We offer parking within the grounds of SPA MORENA, including facilities for coaches. An indispensable aspect of arranging a conference is organising refreshment breaks and meals. At SPA MORENA, we will help you plan a menu to suit both the nature of your event and your budget.

The package can be altered, depending upon the specific details of the stay.

The Accompanying Details

At SPA MORENA, when we work with our clients to arrange a conference, we ensure that not a single detail goes unattended.

An indispensable aspect of arranging a training course is organising refreshment breaks, lunches, evening meals and banquets. We offer several conference menus, starting from a mere PLN 12.00 (net) per head. Our festive dinners, with a buffet of cold appetisers, hot dishes served at the table and a dessert buffet, begin at PLN 100.00 (net) per person.

We provide a professional service and can also arrange cultural and leisure programmes.
